How to decrease my stress level?

Your plan: Walk as often as you can
First 10-30 minutes: Walk at a comfortable pace. Visualize a relaxing place or listen to your favorite relaxing tunes.
Last 1 minute: Close your eyes, take some cleansing breaths as you stretch your arms over head and then back down to your sides with your QH Gloves still on
Total QH Walking Time: 11-31 minutes, give or take a few minutes!

How to lower my cancer risk?

Your Plan: Walk 2.5 to 5 hours a week; pick any of the following:
